The name Dunezokit™, visual identity, texts, templates, images, interfaces, scripts, PDFs, designs, and all associated elements are the exclusive property of the company. Any full or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of the Website

The user agrees not to:

  • use the website or application for illegal purposes;
  • attempt to access source code, internal systems, or unauthorized data;
  • copy, divert, or reproduce the graphic or technical elements of Dunezokit.

5. User Account and Access to the Application

Access to the Dunezokit Excursions application requires creating an account. Login credentials must remain strictly confidential. Any activity performed through an account is under the responsibility of its owner.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features requires a monthly or yearly subscription. Payments are secured through Stripe. Any subscription renewed automatically can be canceled at any time from the user dashboard.

No refunds will be issued in case of:

  • partial use of the service;
  • user-related errors;
  • access suspension due to violation of these Terms.

7. Personal Data

Dunezokit only collects data necessary for the proper functioning of the service (account, subscriptions, excursions, passengers…). No data is sold or transferred to third parties without consent.

8. Liability

Dunezokit cannot be held liable in case of:

  • data loss caused by incorrect manipulation;
  • technical issues or maintenance periods;
  • errors or missing information provided by the user;
  • force majeure.
